Saguenay is located 211 km from Quebec City and 464 km from Montreal, is easily accessible via Route 175, and crossing through the breathtaking wildlife reserve of the Laurentians. The Saguenay is served by airlines that offer daily Montreal-Saguenay connections at the Bagotville airport.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference participants at the discounted rate of $ 112 / night for single occupancy, $ 122 / night for double or $ 142 / night for triple occupancy. This rate includes lodging, complimentary breakfast buffet, and activities including swimming and fitness center.
Please note that rooms will be booked on a first come – first served basis. To ensure that you obtain the conference discounted rate and the preferential treatment we have contracted with the hotel.
